Take Weebly Out For A Spin
It's no secret that I like Weebly as a webhost.
Back in the mid to late 90s, I had my very first website through MSN. I have a vague memory of something with a dark background, purple text, and a smiley face or two. Eventually, I worked up to having a website I coded myself, hosted by iPowerWeb. At some point, I switched to GoDaddy and was with them for years.
Flash forward to now. I *can* still code a website. In fact, I'm pretty up-to-date with HTML5 and CSS3. But thanks to Weebly, I don't have to, and I'm very pleased with all the cool things I can do with my sites. (As if you couldn't tell by all the wackiness at A Simple Kind of Fear.) It saves me a great deal of time. I can change things quickly and easily, and no more staring at lines and lines of code.
I know I happen to be the kind of person who likes to actually test things out before I decide on them. When I chose to go with Weebly, I'd also looked at Wix and a few other hosts, creating accounts at all of them. You may be that kind of person, too. If so, and you'd like to test drive Weebly to see if it's really all that and a bag of chips, I have a practice site you can play around with. All you need to do is email me and I can send you an invite that will give you full admin access to the practice site. You can then test it out all you want. Just note, though, that I am a pro (paid) user, so you will be able to do things on the practice site that you cannot do on the free version.
If you have any questions about this, or Weebly in general, don't hesitate to ask!
